2007 was a busy year at B&B Theatres as the company opened
the Warrenton Cinema 8 in Warrenton, Missouri and the Miami
Cineplex (4-screens) in Miami, Oklahoma. The Company also
remodeled the McPherson Cinema 4 in McPherson, Kansas.
New Projects for 2008
include:
B & B is adding online ticketing. Customers will be able
to purchase tickets directly from our website,
bbtheatres.com, or from the movietickets.com web
site.
Festus, Missouri: Four of the existing auditoriums
will be renovated and receive stadium seating along with new
seats. This project should be completed by early spring
2008.
Monett, Missouri: The Plaza 5 will become the
Plaza 8 with the addition of three new stadium seating
auditoriums. The remodeling project also includes new rest
rooms, new carpet, and a brand new exterior façade. Several
of the existing auditoriums will receive updated surround
sound, enlarged screens, and other amenities.
Hannibal, Missouri: The Company is going to
replace our existing 5-screen theatre with a new state of
the art 8-screen stadium seating facility. Construction
should begin in the spring and the new theatre should open
in the fall of 2008.
